Founded in 2020 by Antonio Wyche, LCSW and Rebecca Fernandez, LCSW Renewing Minds Counseling & Consulting Services is committed to creating meaningful change—starting with the individual and extending to families, organizations, and communities.
We provide counseling and education services that promote mental health awareness while empowering clients to grow, heal, and thrive. Our approach is respectful, strength-based, and culturally competent, ensuring every individual feels supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
As a SHRM-certified provider in both mental health and leadership development, we partner with organizations to deliver impactful training and professional development. Through our leadership development division, the Renewing Leadership Institute, we utilize the L.E.A.D.: Empowering Adaptive Leadership® framework to equip leaders with practical, real-world skills for today’s evolving workplace.
